Who are we?
AtomicDeals is an exciting, irreverent online and TV shopping outlet featuring a unique “reverse auction” format (see “How does AtomicDeals Work” below). Incredible deals on a wide selection of retail merchandise, with new featured deals appearing online each day.

How does AtomicDeals work?
AtomicDeals turns the traditional auction "upside down". While traditional auctions, like those on e-bay, ask you to bid the highest price, with AtomicDeals's reverse auction the price automatically begins dropping until all of the items are gone or time runs out. You reserve an item as the price begins dropping to guarantee you don't lose out. At AtomicDeals everybody who plays is a winner by being guaranteed to pay the lowest price at the end of the auction or when the final item is sold, regardless of the price at the time you got in the deal.

AtomicDeals is more than just a Website. We also produce AtomicDeals TV which can be seen in major markets across the country. Led by one of the industry’s most notable personalities, Carmela Sterling , the AtomicDeals TV team is a group of fresh young talent focused on delivering an entirely new viewing and shopping experience, combining the fun of a game show with the best prices on a wide variety of great products.

How do I order from the web?
Purchasing from AtomicDeals.com is easy. We don’t have a traditional shopping cart as you only purchase one item from us at a time. All you need to do is fill in our registration form (registration is always free) and create an account. Once you are registered and want to buy a product, just click on the "Get In The Deal" button. Fill in your e-mail and password and you are guaranteed to get the lowest price at the end of the auction. Sorry, we only allow for a maximum purchase of three units per item so more people have a chance to Get In The Deal.

Is the order process secure?
Yes. Our website uses the latest industry standard protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from start to finish.

Why does it look like I’m being charged the reserved amount?
When you get in the deal, your credit card is authorized for the current deal price plus shipping, but you are not charged. You aren’t actually charged until the Deal ends and the price is established.

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Should you need to cancel an order after the auction has ended please email us immediately. If the order has not been shipped we will cancel it.

What are your methods of payment?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept debit cards with the VISA/MC logo.

I’m having trouble logging in.
Make sure your email address and password are correct. Make sure to click on the “Login” button rather than hitting Enter. If you continue to have problems please e-mail customer service for assistance.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Simply click on customer service and then click on “Unsubscribe”. Then send the pop up email with the address you wish to remove.

After I place an order can I check the status?
Once the auction has ended and the price is set you can check the status of your order by logging into My Account and clicking on “View Your Order History”. You’ll see the order status listed as “in process” which means your order is in our distribution facility; or “closed” which means that the product is on its way to you.

Can I track my shipment?
You will get an email when the auction is closed. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for arrival. If you do not have email, please allow 10 – 12 business days from when you got in the deal to receive your item.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective and has been approved for return by Customer Service. All sales are final in AtomicDeals auctions. If you do not have email, you can call customer service at #763-201-2585 to request a return.

How much is shipping?
We charge a set amount for shipping on each item we sell. The shipping charge is set to help defray the cost to actually ship the item to you. We do not charge a handling fee. Our shipping charges are based on the final retail price of the item you purchase. Each item purchased is assessed a shipping charge.
- Final retail from $0 - $9.99 = shipping charge of $5.99
- Final retail from $10 - $24.99 = shipping charge of $8.99
- Final retail from $25 – $49.99 = shipping charge of $9.99
- Final retail from $50 - $99.99 = shipping charge of $11.99
- Final retail from $100 - $499.99 = shipping charge of $14.99
- Final retail from $500 and up = shipping charge of $19.99

Where can we ship?
AtomicDeals features UPS as our exclusive delivery partner for all delivery within the continental U.S (the lower 48). For an additional charge we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and/or U.S. territories overseas.

Do I get a break on Shipping with multiples?
If you get in the deal on two or three units of the same item within the same transaction, the second and third item will each have a 50% discount on shipping.

How do I update my address, email, credit card info?
Go to AtomicDeals.com and log into My Account. You can update your address or credit card information. If you change your email address, you will need to create a new account (by registering) with us. If you do not have web access call customer service at #763-201-2585.

What is a “Typical” price?
Typical price reflects the price at which the same or a substantially similar item is offered, in new condition, by a similar or like competitor, or by one or more of the following online retailers as of the date the auction commenced: Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, Buy.com, CDW.com, CircuitCity.com, CompUSA.com, Crutchfield.com, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Sears.com, Zales.com, Macys.com. What is "Current" Price?
